Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms and conditions aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company (hereinafter referred to as 'Company') and the users regarding the use of the services provided by <(주)심지>('http://www.SimgXR.com/').
Article 2 (Definitions)
The key terms used in these terms and conditions are defined as follows: The term "Service" refers to the services provided by the Company, which can be used on various devices (PCs, TVs, portable devices, etc.), regardless of the device. "User" means anyone who receives the services provided by the Company, including 'Individual Members,' 'Corporate Members,' and 'Non-Members.' "Individual Member" refers to a person who registers with the Company by providing personal information and continuously receives information and services from the Company. "Corporate Member" refers to a person who registers with the Company by providing corporate and personal information and continuously receives information and services. "Non-Member" refers to a person who uses the Company's services without registering as a member. "ID" means the unique identifier determined by the member and approved by the Company for the purpose of service use. "Password" refers to a combination of characters (including special characters) and numbers set by the member to verify their identity and protect their personal information.
Article 3 (Supplementary Provisions)
Matters not stipulated in these terms and conditions shall be governed by the relevant laws or the detailed guidelines (hereinafter referred to as 'Detailed Guidelines') established by the Company. If there is a conflict between these terms and the Detailed Guidelines, the latter shall prevail.
Article 4 (Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms)
These terms and conditions shall be posted on the Company’s website. The Company may modify these terms within the scope permitted by the laws, such as the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. Changes to the terms will be announced at least 7 days (30 days for significant changes) before implementation, and individual notifications will be sent via email, SMS, or notifications within the service. Users who do not express their opposition within the specified period will be deemed to have agreed to the changed terms.
Article 5 (Notices to Users)
Unless otherwise specified, the Company may notify users via email, SMS, or other appropriate means. Notices for all users may be posted on the website for more than 7 days. However, individual notifications will be provided for matters that significantly affect specific users. The Company is not responsible for missed notifications due to incorrect or outdated contact information.
Article 6 (Conclusion of Use Agreement)
The use agreement is concluded when a user agrees to these terms and the Company approves the application. Payment or use of additional services without membership registration is considered acceptance of the terms.
Article 7 (Approval of Membership)
The Company may request identity verification for membership. If there are technical issues, the Company may notify the applicant of the reason for denial.
Article 8 (Modification of Member Information)
Members may modify their information at any time, except for their real name and ID.
Article 9 (Management and Protection of Information)
Members must manage their IDs and passwords and notify the Company in case of unauthorized use.
Article 10 (Obligations of the Company)
The Company will promptly repair any equipment failures and may temporarily suspend services under exceptional circumstances.
Article 11 (Privacy Policy)
The Company protects user information in accordance with relevant laws and the privacy policy.
Article 12 (Obligations of Users)
Users must not provide false information when registering or performing prohibited activities.
Article 13 (Service Provision)
The service operates 24/7, except for maintenance.
Article 14 (Service Restriction)
The Company may suspend service due to force majeure or other unavoidable circumstances.
Article 20 (Jurisdiction)
Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of the Company’s location under Korean law.

These terms are effective from September 1, 2021.
