Startup & Foundation Period (~2013)

The beginning of passion and challenge

  • Incorporated SIMG Co., Ltd.
  • Delivered 3D animation videos for Hyundai Heavy Industries, including troubleshooting for Air Circuit Breakers and 3 other items
  • Selected for the Customized Startup Support Program (Korea Startup Promotion Agency)
  • Developed 'EAM (Emotional Action Morpher)', a tool for bipeds animation synthesis using 3D Studio Max Script
  • Registered a patent for a character expression system and method

Growth Period (2014~2019)

Business expansion and growth foundation

  • Developed augmented reality content for the Bangudae Petroglyphs
  • Developed VES-01, a heavy equipment simulator using HMD
  • Selected for the Startup Growth R&D Support Program
  • Launched official company website
  • Completed prototype development of the VES-01 excavator virtual reality simulator


 

Leap Forward Period (2020~Present)

3D content business specialization

  • Delivered VES-01 excavator virtual reality simulator to the Ministry of National Defense
  • Developed VFS-01 forklift virtual reality simulator
  • Established a corporate-affiliated R&D center: “Converged Media Content Lab”
  • Acquired GS Certification for excavator and forklift VR simulators
  • Registered patents related to excavator and forklift VR simulators
  • Participated in Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power’s XR-based educational technology project
  • Developed a VR design verification solution and obtained GS Certification
  • Delivered VR design verification solution to Hyundai Construction Equipment
  • Developed and certified GS for VR assembly training solution for small devices
  • Relocated company headquarters
  • Awarded the Minister of Education Prize (2020 Edutech Korea)
  • Delivered XR plant management content for Korea Polytechnic
  • Supplied heavy equipment training XR simulators to the Army Logistics School
  • Developed and delivered an AR app for managing underwater excavators
