SimG Co., Ltd. has modernized vocational training systems by delivering multi-monitor excavator simulators to a Korean employment-related agency.
A specialized installation team was deployed to ensure an optimal learning and user environment,
laying a critical foundation for customized industrial talent development.
Recently, SimG Co., Ltd. supplied multi‑monitor excavator simulators to a Korean employment agency and
deployed a professional installation team to install the system on-site.
This initiative addresses the limitations of traditional theory-based instruction, where conveying heavy equipment operation skills has been challenging.
The simulator combines immersive multi-monitor displays with
realistic hardware, enabling trainees to engage in repetitive, safe practice without operating actual machinery.
The delivered system features up to 4–5 monitors, surpassing single-screen setups and
realistically recreating surrounding environments and blind spots during excavation tasks.
Trainees can develop field-like visibility without VR headsets and
systematically learn diverse operations—such as earth transport, surface leveling, and obstacle avoidance.
The simulator further enhances training effectiveness through hydraulic system response algorithms, real-time feedback, and virtual accident-response scenarios.
High-definition graphics, touch control panels, and physics‑based simulation technology elevate immersion, offering an experience akin to real equipment operation.
With the newly introduced simulators, the employment agency can offer vocational trainees cost-effective, safe opportunities to experience heavy equipment.
Traditional training using actual excavators carries drawbacks—maintenance costs, weather dependency, and
safety risks—whereas SimG’s solution minimizes these issues while delivering equivalent learning outcomes.
Moreover, it significantly reduces the risk of accidents caused by operator inexperience.
Through simulation training, trainees build foundational operational skills before entering the field,
fostering the development of skilled workers demanded by industry.
This initiative is more than just equipment installation—it represents a pivotal shift in vocational training paradigms in a society increasingly focused on safety.
Looking ahead, SimG plans to expand its simulator supply to industry sectors with tailored solutions for forklifts, cranes, loaders, and other heavy equipment.
