SimG Co., Ltd. delivered a basic model excavator simulator on June 14, 2024.
This project aims to strengthen safety and efficiency in agricultural heavy equipment training through the introduction of advanced simulator technology.
On June 14, 2024, SimG Co., Ltd. successfully delivered a basic model of its excavator simulator to an Agricultural Technology Center in Korea.
This delivery aims to enhance the safety and effectiveness of training programs for agricultural heavy machinery by integrating simulator-based learning.
Conventional hands-on training has limitations due to safety risks, time and location constraints,
and weather conditions. SimG’s simulator significantly mitigates these challenges, providing a safer and more flexible training solution.
The delivered simulator is equipped with hardware and interfaces that closely replicate real equipment,
allowing trainees to engage in realistic and repetitive training.
This promotes skill improvement and enables sufficient simulated practice before operating actual machinery.
Since the simulator is unaffected by weather or scheduling, it offers enhanced flexibility in training.
These advantages make it a valuable tool not only for educational institutions but also for developing skilled agricultural labor on-site.
The basic excavator simulator delivered in this project features immersive 3D graphics and a high-precision control system.
ㆍHardware similar to actual equipment
ㆍReal-time feedback and scoring function
ㆍVarious scenarios: practice mode, test mode, and mission mode
SimG’s simulator is designed so that even beginners can acquire machine operation skills in a short period.
With this introduction, anyone can train regardless of weather, time, or location.
The risk of accidents during actual equipment use is reduced, and equipment maintenance costs can be saved.
In the long term, this method can provide educational opportunities to more people than traditional training,
while repetitive training improves proficiency, leading to higher efficiency in real work.
SimG Co., Ltd. plans to continue supplying customized VR simulators to educational institutions and industrial sites nationwide.
The company aims to lead the digital transformation of the education and training sector, providing a safe and efficient learning environment.
Additionally, an education data analysis function will be added to measure learner proficiency and provide personalized feedback.
